Our client is a reputable property group who is currently seeking a Casual Mall Leasing Executive to join the team at one of their shopping centre assets in Brisbane's North.
 
Your key focus will be to add value to the company and shareholder wealth through identifying and maximising Casual Leasing revenue to achieve agreed objectives. 
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing an annual business plan to maximise mall merchandising and storage
• Prospecting for new business opportunities
• Developing relationships with key clients
• Negotiating mall merchandising and storage agreements
• Temporary leasing of vacant retail tenancies
• Managing mall space usage
• Liaising with the local community
• Preparing budgets for mall merchandising
• Monthly reporting
• Administration 
• Invoicing tenants 
• Collecting rent

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous Casual Mall Leasing experience (ideal)
• Background in Sales & Leasing in either Commercial or Residential property will also be considered
• Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
• The ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
