We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate sales professional to drive the growth of our RPA and Automation practice from the Melbourne office.

Building on the successful work that we are currently doing in the RPA space we want you to leverage both our existing blue-chip client base and also establish new relationships with leading corporates and government organisations.

This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a highly motivated and emerging RPA & Automation business to help shape and execute the practice’s Go To Market strategy and take the business to the next level of growth. You will be able to benefit, professionally and financially, from a technology trend that Gartner predicts will have exponential growth over the next 2 years.

To be successful in this role you will need demonstrable experience working in the RPA space. Key technologies that we focus on are UiPath, Automation Anywhere, OpenSpan (Pega RPA) and Blue Prism, so knowledge of these technologies is essential. You will be supported by an established pre-sales function and consultants with strong technical skills. As a consulting business our focus is selling solutions and not product. It is essential that you have a consultative sales style and that you can clearly define and articulate the business benefits of RPA solutions.
