• Understanding of sales methodology and cycles
• Proven and measurable success in B2B sales
• FMCG Experience 
• Understand the manufacturing side of things (S&OP)
• 50-50 New Business Development & Account Management 
• Experience selling innovative and technical products
• High level of presentation and articulation
• Self-driven with motivation to grow and develop
