As an Optus Retail Consultant, you will…
- Connect and build relationships with our customers
- Identify customer needs and offer the best product solutions
- Take ownership of customer resolution issues
- Work towards sales and service KPIs/targets
- Bring the store to life with your positive attitude and team focus

- You're self-motivated, positive and upbeat
- You're flexible and ready to work a mix of weekdays and weekends
- You put yourself in your customers' shoes (not literally!) & help to resolve any issues
