My client is a leader in the manufacturing of parts for automatic entry components. They work in all sorts of types of automatic components, from sliding to swinging and anything in between. They are specialists in designing different solutions for all sorts of entry access and all of their products are built to last and to the Australian standards. Since they are in the top 3 businesses in the industry, they want to step it up and be the top within their game. Due to their continued growth, they are on the lookout for one more to join their team to help them maintain their stance in the marketplace.

 

The Role

The role is quite similar to most sales roles where your focus on creating new business is your number one priority. The only difference is that you will be working with products that are of the highest quality. Your main contacts will be people who are in the manufacturing industry of doors and windows. This can be anything from window and door manufacturers to an aluminium window and door manufacturers, to glass companies that manufacture their doors. Your winning of the business comes with meeting the correct person within the business and doing a presentation sale as to why this product needs to be used within their business.
Secondly, your contacts within building and construction markets will also be very useful as you will aim to meet with these businesses and get your products specified within their tenders.
Your week will compose of a meeting on the Mondays which will give you the ability to map your area and also follow up on any leads, and your end of month sales meeting will also be what will determine your targets and direction for the following month.

 

Candidate requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 2 years in sales within the auto door industry and products
- contacts with window and door and glass manufacturing companies.
- Trade will be preferred but not essential.
- Proven sales track record with a similar company.

 

SALARY

  • Generous salary package range based on experience & qualification.
  • Fully maintained vehicle - Skoda Octavia
  • Uncapped commissions 
  • Base Salary Range = $80,000 - $85,000.
