Based in our Melbourne office (Richmond) reporting to the National Business Manager ANZ, you will manage an attractive $20m+ national account portfolio of Key Pharmacy Retailers.
You will have a Key Account Manager based in Melbourne reporting to you and will also work closely with the broader Key Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that deliver profitable growth and excellent business partnerships.
- Establish and maintain excellent business partnerships with assigned retail accounts and banners
- Report on sales target achievement, forecasting and trends
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
- Develop business plans and strategies for profitable business with new and existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong rapport with retail buyers / pharmacists
- Develop programs targeted at identified shopper insights and behaviour
- Negotiate trading terms with major accounts
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a KAM/NAM in FMCG or Retail Pharmacy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of obtaining results in a sales environment
- Excellent communicator who can successfully negotiate and influence key stakeholders
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving capability
- Previous exposure to Nielsen and Aztec data analysis and assessments
- Ability to forecast, manage budgets and interpret financial, sales and market trends
