About the Role:

Due to influx of new business and growth, Interpro is aggressively expanding their Business Development teams. Reporting to the QLD Practice Lead, the primary purpose of this position is to engage with clients and create new opportunities within your very own divisional territory.

This is a client centric position, where you will be responsible for:

  • Organically growing existing accounts
  • Generating and exploring new business leads
  • Understanding the needs of your clients 
  • Reverse marketing candidates to clients
  • Prospecting and qualifying opportunities

Skills and experience:

  • Prior experience in B2B solutions sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders
  • The ability to build rapport, gain trust & influence client thinking
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Professionally presented
