Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing business by securing new customers
  • Meeting and exceeding gross margin targets
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Building long-term relationships with allocated clients
  • Ensure existing customers are aware of the breadth of our solutions and the benefits to their business
  • Timely action & resolution of customer requests
  • Ensure ongoing relationships with key vendors and suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate and timely information in the client relationship database
