An exciting opportunity is now available to work within this high paced, innovating new home sales business helping first home buyers achieve the dream of home ownership.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have strong sales experience, with demonstrated success in New Home Building and a sound knowledge of residential design and construction. Having a good understanding of finance and the entire purchasing process is required.
You will provide outstanding customer service and innovative solutions to your customers from their initial contact and throughout the sales process to contract signing.
We are looking for customer service orientated sales professionals who naturally can assist clients down the path of home ownership in a simple straight forward manner.
You will be able to effectively manage leads, client workflow and enquiries working from our display home. You will also be required to meet with clients in their home or preferred destination.
This position could involve weekend work and evenings. You will need to be available to meet clients where and when it suits them.
