OMB are part of the Vulcan group of companies comprising Osborne Motor Bodies, OMBWA and TL Engineering.
Our Osborne Motor Bodies division is one of the top body builders in WA for quality and on time delivery of products. We supply builds to some of WA's best known businesses including Water Corporation, Atco Gas, Horizon Power, Police, DFES, CBH and many more. The person we are looking for is someone who is outstanding in there field with a can do attitude to match our company ethos and attract new clients to our family.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we feel the person will need to have an automotive background in body building as this position requires somebody to hit the ground running, you will have back up but being a busy office we are under the pump most of the time trying to keep our clients happy.
We envisage the applicant will already be in the trade with good experience and someone that should be able to:
- Meet with clients and discuss the needs and wants in a professional manner to achieve desired outcomes.
- Must have an understanding of the technical build and materials required to complete the body within a given time frame.
- Be able to produce quality accurate quotes under pressure and on time.
- Work to targets and KPI's to enable budgets to be achieved and surpassed..
- Be motivated by the challenge of achieving weekly and monthly targets.
- Capable of working as part of a great team.
Whilst this position is predominantly office based, we do want some one who can visit clients on a regular basis to maintain relationships.
