About the role
Due to company expansion, a new role has become available at our Darra sales office. This Sales Representative position reports directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for founding and maintaining customer communication and relationships and, of course, meeting sales targets.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Analyse existing/potential customer needs
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Track sales and provide status reports
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Experience in the construction industry and/or window furnishings industry is favourable
