Outstanding opportunity to join this highly driven team in a key relationship and account management role where you are responsible for managing relationships with key builders in QLD.
Working in the residential builders division at the QLD Rochedale state office, this role is critical in nurturing and growing the business and maintaining the link between the Builders, Supervisors and Beaumont Tiles.
THE ROLE…
The main responsibility for this role is to manage key relationships with selected clients and for coordinating a seamless service from order stage to delivery and execution.
This role will oversea the order processes for the client and solve relevant issues that may arise in a professional and timely manner.
This role will have regular face to face communication with the builder, supervisors and all stakeholders in the business resulting in continued strengthening of the professional relationship.
YOU…
You will be an experienced key account relationship expert and account management professional with industry knowledge or experience.
You will have expertise in providing customers with a consultative and trustworthy approach to the service and can demonstrate a greater level of understanding of their needs.
You will have a contagious passion for what you do and demonstrate a positive, energetic and friendly approach.
You will have a continual focus on the needs and expectations of customers and clients
with high levels of motivation towards meeting customer outcomes.
