A leader in the distribution of Epoxy resins, adhesives & cementitious concrete repair products requires an experienced person who enjoys a diverse, fast paced working environment in a small team. The successful applicant will be involved in carrying out a variety of duties to maintain the efficient & safe operation of the office/warehouse on a daily basis, including but not limited to:
- Daily download of orders from accounting system
- Receiving phone orders & customer invoicing
- Completing paperwork & documentation
- Check goods against orders before dispatching to customers
- Operating forklift for dispatching & receiving goods
- Liaise with freight companies
- Inventory control
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer service/small office/warehouse experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Computer literate (Word & Excel experience minimum)
- Ability to multi task
- Reliable
- Physically fit (requirement to lift 20kg bags & drums)
- Current driver’s license & own transport.
