We are a boutique I.T. firm that caters specifically to the Real Estate Industry. We offer several database tools to aid in the day to day work of our clients. We have a strong emphasis on Customer service and product development.  

Our Port Melbourne office is a small, young and close-knit team. We like to work hard and have fun while working.

About the role

We are looking for someone to join our team to look after our Victorian based clients.

The day to day responsibilities of the role will have you maintaining connection with our existing Victorian clients, as well as building new relationships with potential business. This will require you to run both online and face to face meetings.

Suitable applicants will be well-presented individuals who are comfortable with inbound and outbound calling, as well as articulate in their email communications.

Day to Day:

  • Creating new sales from cold and warm leads.
  • Delivering training and support to new and ongoing clients.
  • Developing new marketing strategies and marketing material to help with the creation of sales leads in Victoria region.

Administration

  • Maintain an up to Date CRM presence.
  • Maintain calendar entry
  • Provide weekly reports to reporting manager

Skills and experience

  • High level of organisational skills
  • Confident phone manner
  • Basic MS knowledge
  • Ability to work independently
  • Melbourne based Real Estate knowledge is highly favourable
  • Previous experience in a Sales and Account Management position is favourable
  • Customer service skills essential
