Where you’ll be working

My client is the APAC licensee for the HBDI®, a scientifically proven profiling tool that identifies your thinking in four styles. Not aimed at assessing or measuring competency but rather identifying thinking preferences, the tool is used mainly in Learning and Development to promote self-awareness and better communication amongst employees and their leaders.

The company runs public and private, corporate in-house workshops which certify L&D professionals to be accredited to use the tool independently or within their own organisations.

What you’ll be doing

Partnering with a Regional Sales Manager and reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll be the client’s advocate, responsible for the successful implementation of the HBDI program across the client lifecycle, with the objective of maximising ROI for both the client and the company. Your key areas of responsibility will be:
  • Contributing to sales revenue – partnering with Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales quotas and business growth in their territory
  • Lead and Prospect Support – collaborating with Sales Managers to deal with incoming leads and provide the necessary sales support
  • Business Development within existing customers – maintain and build upon relationships with existing customers to increase sales opportunities
  • Marketing Support – Prepare materials for conferences and events and attend those events as part of the sales team
  • CRM Management – Maintain the CRM daily to ensure effective management of client communications
What you’ll offer us

Apart from the usual high attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, ability to work with others, ability to meet deadlines, exceptional customer service skills, etc. and the requirement to fit the Herrmann cultural profile, you will also demonstrate:
  • More than 3 years in a Client Success/Account Manager role, preferably in a services environment – e.g. recruitment, platform services, financial services etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue from within an existing client base
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with a Sales team
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a CRM environment
  • Be willing to attend industry events and assist with the preparation of marketing materials for events and conferences
  • Be a self-starter with a desire to be successful
  • Tertiary qualifications desirable
