An opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Used Car Manager to join SUTHERLAND MAZDA , a high volume dealership so you’ll need to hit the ground running.

Duties will include:

• Lead the Used Car Sales team in sales performance whilst providing the highest level of customer experience
• Ensure communication internally and externally will help facilitate sustainable relationship and profitability
• Understanding customer's needs and demonstrate the capabilities and features of new vehicle

The successful candidate will possess:
  

• Previous Used Car team management experience with a proven track record
• The ability to mentor/train sales executives
• Strong verbal and written communication
• The ability to work autonomously
• Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Sound knowledge of the sales process
• Current drivers licence
• Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
