Our talented team coupled with our state of the art facilities at Seventeen Mile Rocks will support you to deliver end to end solutions for your clients.

We are recruiting for a full-time role as an Account Manager where you will be responsible for your own clientele. We will equip you with all of the necessary product training and access to our comprehensive CRM system. Coaching and mentoring will also be provided so that you can successfully build rapport and be recognised as a trusted advisor for our clients.

About the Role

You will be required to communicate extensively with our clients, distributors and vendors to ensure that customer expectations are met. This communication is primarily over the phone as well as email and face to face communication. Reporting to the General Manager - Sales, you will need to listen to your customer's needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria:

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently;
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time;
  • Skills in conflict resolution and dealing with difficult customers;
  • A working knowledge of computers with experience using the Microsoft Office suite; and
  • A very strong desire to succeed.
