We are seeking a vibrant and energetic account manager to help drive the NSW territory of our rapidly expanding business.

Based in our Brisbane office at Yatala, this role will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to 'run your own race' driving the profitable growth of the Qld & NT regions visiting clients and generating interest in Midwich's product range.

Desired Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will be pro-active, highly motivated, commercially focused and not afraid to think outside the box.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the key initiatives of the role will include developing and maintaining customer relationships with existing and target clients at a reseller, consultant and specifier level to expand the business in your territory and develop account strategies for your clients.

To be successful in this role, you will:

·            Have a track record in sales (AV/ IT or associated technology sales desirable but not essential)

·            Embrace new and emerging technologies

·            Be organised and time management focused with a high level of self-motivation

·            Have strong commercial skills

·            Be able to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the process

·            Be a strong negotiator with effective influencing skills

·            Be willing to travel within the sales territory and nationally as required

Midwich offers a competitive salary commensurate with the skills, experience and qualifications of the candidate; a combination of base salary with a car component, computer, mobile phone and other equipment as required. In addition we offer a generous commission and bonus scheme.
