You love being given a timeframe and deadline and have achieved all targets that have been set out for you so far.
You love the challenge and chase of sales and want to kick-start your career in the construction industry by becoming an estimator for a respectable and valued commercial construction company.
You don't need to have been an estimator before, but you have past achievements in a sales-type role, OR you feel you would smash this and want to be given a chance.
You're organised and systemised in your approach and get frustrated when things aren't done right.
You're ready for a tough challenge, long hours, hard work, and to build something that hasn't been built before, joining a small team of passionate entrepreneurs.
You will be thrown into a tough role that requires your own initiative and intellect. You will be trained on how we operate and given support and guidance to begin with, but ultimately are responsible for achieving your KPIs and targets with minimal supervision.
This role is a low base, high reward role, with the potential to take on more challenge and more responsibility as you prove yourself.
