An exciting opportunity to work with a large international Franchiser in the Business Services Sector. We are looking for a talented, highly motivated sales hunter who is keen to develop their skills in a faced paced environment. This newly created position will see you working closely with the CEO to engage prospects throughout Australia, with some interstate travel required to Franchising Expos throughout the year.

You will be responsible for hunting and selling franchise opportunities to individuals interested in owning a franchise business. To be successful in this position, you must be numbers motivated, have a hunter mentality and have a relatable spirit to an entrepreneur. Our typical franchisees that you will be prospecting may include current franchise owners, printing companies, and entrepreneurial people. You must have a keen ability to qualify a prospect, create a value proposition and then quantify our impressive upside “recurring revenue” model to prospective customers.

Criteria:

  • Some sort of retail or franchise sales is preferred
  • 3+ years successful outside franchise sales experience
  • Documented records of sales achievements – with strong success in handling much of the sales process over the phone
  • Excellent relationship building and closing skills
  • Self-starter with experience and success working from a remote office
  • Available for 20-30% travel

Person Specification:
You'll be a natural salesperson who loves the thrill of the chase. Working with prospects from their initial inquiries and leading them through a proven sales path to qualify them as Franchisees. You will need to be able to work autonomously and as part of an interactive, energetic group with one goal in mind - to SUCCEED. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills a must.
