FutureYou have partnered with a leading professional service & education provider to recruit a business development manager who can drive additional training and education revenue from key Australian banking clients.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, maintaining and growing relationships with financial institutions within the NSW/QLD regions. This is a new business focused role which will require the successful candidate to be skilled in prospecting for business, running meetings, presenting to senior level stakeholders and closing the sale.
Profile
You will have experience selling B2B services to banks and other financial service institutions. You will also meet the following criteria:
- Network within Banking and Financial Services desirable
- Relationship based B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to self-source leads and opportunities
- Mature & strategic thinker
- Proven influencing skills across an organisation
- Confident in your approach and thrive on meeting people and driving conversations
- Self-starter who can work individually but also fit into the bigger team
- Degree in a business related field
