Our client is seeking a Relationship Manager (Enterprise) who will be accountable for building partnerships and partnering with customers to deliver a large scale infrastructure project. 

Key responsibilities and duties include:

•  
• Establishing effective partnerships within the construction industry
• Achieve customer satisfaction and required targets
• Oversea and act as an escalation point regarding contract management and service delivery
• Maintain regular communication with the customer and partners throughout the development lifecycle and apply strategic partnerships
• External and internal management - establishing effective partnerships and focusing on increasing and identifying needs of the customer

You will have/be:

• Experience within commercial/ telecommunications/ IT infrastructure 
• Experience in a contracting environment with the ability to influence and direct third party organisation to achieve desired outcomes
