Lexus of Brisbane Group - Australia's largest selling Lexus Dealer Group. The Lexus of Brisbane Group is an Australian pioneer Lexus dealer and have grown to encompass five Lexus dealerships in South East Queensland.
Lexus have an exciting position for an experienced full time Experienced New Sales Consultant, as we are seeking the talents of an energetic team player, customer service orientated, results driven person within our Lexus of Springwood Dealership.
Working closely with the strong Sales Team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, You will be responsible for:
- Building rapport with current and previous Guests
- Understanding Guests needs and ensuring they find the right vehicle for them
- New and or pre-owned vehicle sales experience and product knowledge is up to date and you are able to sell the benefits and features of each model
- A strong passion for Lexus and other prestige brands
As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers, whilst being courteous and reliable
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven sales record experience with the ability to meet set targets
- Strong ability to negotiate and work within a large dynamic team
- Lexus or prestige brand experience advantageous, but not necessary
- Hold a current manual driver's license (Queensland)
- Hold a current Motor Vehicle's Salespersons License (Queensland)
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Intermediate PC skills.
