Our client, a reputable brand within the property industry is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Executive.

The BDE role is responsible to generate and increase sales revenue by developing key accounts at the local area level, including representing the brand with the highest standard of professionalism and integrity in accordance with all business directives.

The role also includes, but is not limited to:

  • Increase of revenue in appointed geographic area through pursuit of new business opportunities
  • maximise ad hoc/ casual opportunities
  • Identify opportunity for growth, understand customer requirements and match to an offering
  • Negotiating price/value outcomes that both parties agree
  • Develop expertise & specialist knowledge in specified vertical market
  • Responsible for building and sustaining external business relationships and utilising networks
  • Working on new business opportunities upon consultation with the National Sales Manager
  • Raise the profile of the company in the market place and generate, follow up and close leads
  • Execute marketing and sales campaigns and provide timely, constructive and genuine feedback about results and activity
  • Ensure all client queries and account management details are closed before handing the customer over to the Account Manager and Branch Manager
  • Act in consultation with operation and customer service teams to implement sales strategy to meet revenue and security and patrol route utilization goals.
  • Responsible for working with the Bid Co-ordinator and tender submissions
  • Ensure all issues and handles promptly and effectively to ensure that management are made aware of
  • Follow up on all incidents jeopardizing the retention of clients
  • Work with and achieve Targets and KPI's
  • Achieve revenue/ gross margin targets as specified
