About the Role
Adopting a proven sales strategy within other Supagas branches, this newly created role for our Mackay branch, has been designed to help Supagas drive new sales of our 45kg LPG cylinders into the domestics market. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be required to grow our 45kg LPG cylinders in industries such as Caravan Parks, Retirement Villages and to network with Real Estate agencies with the intention of supplying all of their rental properties gas needs.
This role really is for the true hunter, and your skills in building relationships, will ensure your success in this role.
You will be working closely with both the State Sales Manager and the Mackay Branch Manager, growing our market share in and around the Mackay region. Previous industry experience is an advantage, but not essential. We are happy to train people with the right attitude and aptitude.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Cold calling prospective customers
- Foster our YES WE CAN attitude
- Negotiate supply contracts and close the deal
- Achieve new business sales targets
- Networking relationships with appropriate industry professionals
- Establish new business development strategies
