Exciting role for someone who with outgoing, positive personality and a background in sales, events, marketing, promotions or retail along with an understanding of aged care funding packages.
As the Customer Package and Relationship Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for new and existing residents. Travelling across Brisbane you will use a consultative approach and meet with customers, face to face, to assess their needs and connect them with appropriate services.
To set you up for success you, we will provide you with access to a vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone along with support from a dedicated team in head office.
Key to success is a strong understanding of PresCare's services along with contemporary knowledge of aged care funding packages. It is essential you are outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, can develop relationships quickly and are highly motivated. A background in aged or community care is highly desirable along with previous experience in sales, retail, events, marketing, promotions or high end customer service.
