We are a well-established, fast-moving, boutique finance company who provide finance solutions to both consumers and companies nationwide. We are seeking an experienced, sales driven and energetic person to join our team.

We are now requiring an additional experienced Finance Consultant to join the team to help achieve the ongoing goals the company has set for itself, and to achieve their own personal goals in their career.
Our advertising strategy ensures a high volume of quality leads. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring customers finance applications are handled in a professional manner and find the best solution for them.
About the Role
You will be looking after finance applications from initial customer contact through to settlement. Also managing our Business Accounts which you build on the way. Day to day duties include:
- Prepare customer applications ensuring that they include the necessary financial assessments that fall within various lenders guidelines for submission.
- Review / analyse customer applications, borrowing structures and customer financials to ensure lending proposals are submitted to the most suitable lending institutions
- Identify and suggest solutions and proposals to mitigate lender risk and increase the success of the customers application
- Identification of potential future sales leads / opportunities through customer interaction and assessments.
- Work ethically within the strict industry compliance standards
- Ongoing training and support within the position is provided.
3+ years experience in a Sales Role with a good track record required or have worked as a Business Manager (Automotive Industry highly considered).
Experience in Asset Finance Lending within a Motor Vehicle Commercial or Consumer lending role is helpful however not essential for this position.
Strong overall computer skills highly regarded. Basic Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook knowledge will be essential.

It is imperative that you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and are able to facilitate relationship building and have excellent negotiating skills, in addition to a strong salesperson skill set.
