Our client based in the North Suburbs are builders of customised homes and are currently seeking an experienced New Home Sales Person to join their small knit team.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Previous experience in a sales role preferably within the Real Estate Industry is highly regarded
• Previous involvement with building homes or been involved with building your own home.
• Previous experience as a PA in building firm 
• Previous experience as a draftsperson would be highly regarded
• You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to close deals consistently
• Are a people person, mature and are extremely well presented
• A forward thinker and a planner
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships
• Are motivated and committed to being a part of a successful team
• Technically minded - be able to read drawings
