Client Details

With huge success in Europe, our client are at the forefront of digital platform technology and have now begun expansion here in Australia with the view to spread throughout the APAC region. With all big 4 accountancy firms as major clients already, they are now seeking an ambitious individual to manage client relationships and provide user support, as well as actively support the sales and marketing division.

Description

Your position will be split between managing client projects, providing technical support, hunting for new business and maintaining existing relationships. Other duties include:

  • Managing all client projects from inception to closure, providing full support and regularly following up to ensure they are being serviced;
  • Monitoring of the platforms and flagging any issues to clients, as well as providing user support;
  • Connecting with potential clients and booking meetings to so as to be able to showcase demos and illustrate how to use the platform;
  • Proactively contacting accounts regularly to inform them of new functions and/or benefits of the product;
  • Assist marketing team in maximising business referrals;
  • First line troubleshooting on user technical issues - answering all inbound phone and email inquiries in a timely manner.

Profile

This position has huge potential. Because it has been newly developed, it is very multi-faceted and requires an individual who can adapt to change and enjoys a new challenge. Alongside this, you will possess:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment preferred but not required;
  • Positive attitude and commitment to helping develop the business;
  • Passion for service and delivering a great client experience;
  • Well organised with excellent presentation (customer facing) skills;
  • Must be flexible and understand the company commitment to their clients and show ability to go above and beyond;
  • Experience in the day-to-day usage of technical platforms
  • Ability to operate in a small team environment.
