Our client is a national company with well over 15 years' knowledge in distribution of chemicals and solvents to the Australian market. The client offers robust, efficient and reliable products that offer a better environmental footprint than others in the market while competing on price and not quality.

Role

With increase in product demand, my client is looking for another sales representative to join their expanding sales team in Melbourne.

You will be account managing existing clients and driving new business on a daily rotation where you will be approaching markets such as Industrial, Age care, Childcare, Manufacturing and Hospitality industries, where you will be selling all the different products the client has to offer.

You will need to be able to call on existing contacts and drive new business sales where you will need to deliver excellent chemical knowledge in offering a solution sale to meet all the customer requirements.

You must be determined and creative in your approach for generating this new business as you will have a large target audience and huge scope to succeed.

Essential Experience Needed

• Experience selling current cleaning chemicals
• Excellent product knowledge of chemicals
• Previous experience working in the markets mentioned above
• Ability to find source new opportunities and seek new business
• Be able to work autonomously with little guidance
• If you can bring existing clients to the table, then this will be a distinct advantage
