The Role:

We currently have a vacancy in our Dandenong branch for an experienced 'External Sales Consultant' to provide face to face sales support to customer requests.

With responsibility to perform quotations following in-home consultations, the role will be accountable for driving outstanding customer service levels, brand reinforcement, lead generation and will drive sales profitability and market penetration by effectively selling the Wridgways suite of professional moving and relocation services.

The successful candidate will ideally have industry experience with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.  You will possess a high level of professionalism with the drive to provide exceptional customer service to maintain, develop and enhance the overall customer experience.

Your key duties will include:

  • Respond to and identify sales opportunities through lead enquires
  • Deliver sales, leads, margin growth, insight and acquisition through 5 star customer service
  • Coordinate bookings for face to face visits through effective communication with internal team members.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, ensuring that sales targets and business needs are aligned with customer expectations.
  • Provide advice on products and services, whilst building and maintaining solid relationships
  • Enter, modify and maintain sales orders and quotations into a database in a timely and accurate manner
  • Exceed customer expectations with respect to quality of service, professionalism and value proposition selling
  • Visit and communicate with potential and existing customers; providing a professional overview of Wridgways' extensive moving and relocation service offerings.
  • Provide accurate, timely pricing and contract quotations to potential and existing customers, tailored to fulfil their unique removal and relocation requirements
  • Maintain and control a personalised after sales service program and follow-up diary.

Essential Criteria:

  • You must possess a drive and passion for sales
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • 2 Years of Industry experience will be highly regarded
  • Have undertaken previous sales focused training
  • Current Drivers Licence.
