About The Role


This is a fast paced and busy role working with a small team where you will receive excellent “on the job” training. You will love being part of a dynamic and results orientated team, in a corporate and diverse, open plan environment. You will learn to use various in house systems to assist with pricing and quotation development.

Duties


  • Review defect information to determine pricing
  • Prepare quotes for customers
  • Liaise with customers and internal staff
  • Preparing and running reports
  • Be trained in using estimating tools and reviewing and interpreting drawings
  • Follow up with clients for feedback on quotes and to confirm if any changes are needed.

What You Require To Succeed In This Role


  • This challenging role would suit a strong administrator who may have gained exposure with a construction, service or trades environment and is keen to take the next step
  • You will be a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively and accurately, with a range of people, ensuring a professional standard of service to all stakeholders
  • Proven administration abilities and previous sales coordination experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail will be critical to the success of this position
  • Microsoft office skills and knowledge particularly in Excel will also be an advantage
