CNW Electrical Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated Electrical Wholesaler. We are a leading distributor of electrical, industrial and safety products; with significant operations nationally that distributes recognised brands to residential, industrial, and commercial and utilities markets.
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Internal Sales/ Sales Representative to join our friendly team here at the Myaree Branch.
Your responsibilities will include, yet are not limited to:
- Reporting directly to the branch manager
- Maximising branch sales and profitability
- Planning and implementing strategies to generate and grow sales
- Growing business with existing and new Customers
- Maintaining account and call plans including activity
- Monitoring product pricing and trading margins
- Capitalising on sales and margin opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
We need a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional who is able to build relationships and think creatively. The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Demonstrated experience in field sales, territory management and maintaining call plans within a wholesale or trade sales environment.
- Electrical knowledge or trade background
- Well-developed organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience, promoting Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Data product ranges as well as experience building partnerships with key accounts, specifiers, consultants, and electrical contractors .
- Aptitude to learn and understand our product range
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Current and valid Driver’s License
Experience in the Electrical Wholesale industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
