We are currently seeking a self-motivated full time Sales Administrator to join our team based on the Central Coast.

The Position

• Handling, processing and invoicing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Attending to customer requirements at the reception desk.
• Providing customer quotations
• Working actively with customers and developing strong customer relationships
• Providing support to our Sales Team with their day to day duties
• Confirming customer orders 
• Liaising with customers and arranging delivery of orders
• Ordering stock from suppliers for customer orders
• Keeping track of all open orders by checking on stock levels, delivery dates and payment
• Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
• Maintaining customer data base
• Daily organisation of freight distribution and delivery run sheets

The Requirements

• Must be computer literate with accurate and efficient data entry with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience in MYOB & Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
• Be a team player and have the ability to work unsupervised
• Previous experience in a similar work capacity
