Head quartered in San Diego; Cireson have a presence in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, North America and the UK. Due to continued growth and success, Cireson are looking for a Territory Manager to be based in Adelaide, South Australia.

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the Asia Pacific region. You will manage an existing portfolio of accounts, drive sales and proactively expand Cireson’s customer base. This is a hybrid sales function where you will be responsible for Inside and outside sales as well as channel management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales process: targeting top prospects, identifying solutions, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing
  • Build relationships with key IT decision makers in target accounts via both inside and outside sales methods
  • Work in conjunction with sales management on territory development strategies aimed at increasing revenue opportunities
  • Keep current with industry trends that are relevant to targeted vertical markets, stay up-to-date with technology and news
  • Collaborate with and provide ongoing feedback to internal Cireson teams to improve the product development and increase appeal to prospective and existing clients
  • Maintain a sales pipeline with weekly reports to sales management

Key requirements:

  • 4+ years of IT sales experience (preferably software)
  • Knowledge of software such as Microsoft System Center, SNOW, Flexera, BMC Remedy, LANDESK, Altiris, ServiceNow, FrontRange, and similar solutions.
  • Consistent track record in prior quota driven roles with outstanding execution and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and creativity
  • Advanced communications skills, outgoing personality, and strong presentation skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, account management, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Previous partner /channel relationships or experience with Microsoft or Large Area Resellers such as Data 3, Dimension Data, Crayon or similar would be highly advantageous
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in the MS Office suite
