The Job
We are working with a company in the energy industry that is growing super fast! They are in new offices in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and they have a friendly and vibrant work atmosphere. They love to celebrate successes, and want you to be a part of that. You can drive to work, OR catch public transport because they are right near a tram stop and a train station.

They are currently looking to add 3 more Sales Consultants to their team to sell a range of innovative energy products and services. There will be some administration and data entry associated with these calls, however the main priority for you is to provide good quality customer service and upsell!
There will be plenty of structured training, including on the job training which is always the best way to learn! You'll also receive support from the leaders of the business who are there to get the best from you. The working hours are 10am - 7pm, Monday to Friday. Perfect for a morning person that likes to hit the gym first thing, for someone that needs their beauty sleep or just someone that hates getting stuck in peak hour traffic everyday.

The role will start out as temp, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role about 3 months in if all is going well. Paying $27.55 per hour + super + commissions. You earn a bonus on each sale you make, so the potential is there to earn commission from day 1!

The Things About You That We Are Looking For

• If you have sales experience (face to face or phones) we want it, but we also need the positive attitude to go with it. Bring the smiles!
• You will need to be a go getter, and have the confidence to get stuck in a get selling!
• Flexibility and agility. You've got to be able to roll with the punches.
• Resilience. You don't take things personally. Dealing with upset customers is no biggie for you, like water off a duck's back.
• Good communication skills. Someone able to adjust their style to suit the audience.
