This is a key role that overlays business development and direct sales, managing executive customer engagement, driving go-to-market, business development and sales. This is a Senior Business Acquisition appointment and charged with driving growth across technology lines within the Australian market for our Client.

We’re seeking a talented Business Development Professional having successfully sold into the following Verticals: Commercial, Enterprise, Public sector, Education, Transportation or Energy.

You are a highly driven and seasoned sales & business development professional with a track record of winning new businesses and accounts. You have demonstrated your ability to build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision makers.

You’ll be at the frontline engaging with clients, developing and acquiring new businesses, and as such you will be supported by the Managing Director, talented Solution Architects, Engineers and their strong R&D teams.

  • 10+ years of sales and business development experience in Australia, ideally with a vendor or a Tier 1 SI.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Networking & IT Infrastructure solutions. Exposure to Data Centre and Cloud solutions is advantageous.
  • Established network of strong relationship with executives and key decision markers within the following Verticals: Commercial, Enterprise, Public sector, Education, Transportation or Energy.
  • Proven success penetrating new accounts.
  • Direct experience leading sales strategies to competitively position an end-to-end capability & solution offering.
  • You’re tenacious, proactive, like thinking outside the box and challenging a market status quo.
  • You’re assertive and, at the same time, able to adapt to a multicultural organisation.
  • You are an Australian resident.
