About the role

The Salesperson is responsible for achieving individual and store sales targets by providing high levels of customer service, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and maximising every sales opportunity. The Salesperson also takes customers through the rental application process, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

You will drive sales into the store with your enthusiastic and empathetic personality. You are an attentive listener and ensure that you assist individuals with their shopping needs. You think outside the box and aren’t afraid of a challenge in order to meet your targets.

This is a Part Time Role offering 15 hours per week.

The successful candidate must be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 10.00am until 3.00pm

About you

  • Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service skills
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a small team environment
  • Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused on problem solving
  • Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets (KPI’s)
  • Good Negotiation skills with a drive for securing a sale
  • A strong desire to succeed with a "Can do, Will do" attitude, contributing to a high performing, passionate and fun Sales Team
  • Must be able to demonstrate products and create displays as part of your engagement with customers
  • Proficient ability in computer skills, including data entry. Experience in Interflow is highly regarded
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
