The role
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join the dynamic and supportive team and based in Sydney covering NSW/ACT. Reporting to a National Sales Manager, you hold responsibility for growing the current accounts (Nursing Homes and Distributors) and identifying new business opportunities through leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
Your role will see you supporting your team to promote your products to aged care clients and add value by educating them in the product use, whilst working closely with the Key Account Manager to manage key stakeholder relationships. Your work history will demonstrate a history of leading teams to success and your ability to influence both internal and external key stakeholders.
To excel in the role you will be able to demonstrate:

- A history of building excellent customer relationships
- Having a sound understanding of the Aged Care and Community sectors
- The ability to absorb and impart clinical and technical information
