This is a pivotal time of transformation and growth for Benestar Growth as we embark on an exciting new chapter.   This is a customer facing relationship management role working with a diverse range of high profile customers in both the public and private sector  The role will be primarily relationship management of existing customers, however critical to success is knowledge of psychological first aid to some extent, whether that be from working within the industry, being passionate about the industry or perhaps as a future Benestar Clinician.

What we need

To be considered for appointment to this role you will need to demonstrate fantastic relationship management skills with an inclination to developing new business as well as nurturing existing relationships to maximise potential. You will also need to have a minimum of 3 years business experience in an environment focused on external customer management and the delivery of customer services across multiple industry sectors.  A strong interest or background in clinical practice is also relevant to this type of role.   Specific responsibilities include:
 
  • Relationship management of a range of customers with primary contact located in NSW;
  • Oversight of the implementation of customer focussed initiatives and new services through strong customer communication and liaison with internal stakeholders such as marketing teams, finance, billings team and clinical peers;
  • Optimise customer opportunities by introducing new services and canvassing feedback on service improvements that can be applied;
  • Review data capture relating to customer invoicing and collaborate to assist with improvements to customer reporting and customer invoicing;
  • Ensure adherence to privacy, service level agreement s and industry regulatory obligations;
  • Participate in customer feedback forums on the design and delivery of new services and protocols;
  • Bringing solution focussed ideas to the customers and to Benestar to innovate, go above and beyond customer expectations;
  • Being highly responsive to complaints or investigations that may arise, providing timely and specific feedback as well as managing expectations with your customers and suggesting ways of mitigating risks to service delivery objectives.

What we’re looking for:
  • Around three years’ or more experience of working in customer account management in some capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for building and sustaining meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, team oriented and supportive of peers and other functional areas when achieving business outcomes.
  • Presentation skills suitable for small and large group forums.
  • Comfortable collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, influencing at all levels, including senior leaders, to achieve timely business outcomes and manage expectations to meet business deadlines.
