We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team on a Casual basis in our Shepparton store. The position is for approximately 12-20 hours per week including weekends (a must) with the flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed company targets
- Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
- Establish and work as part of a collaborative team environment
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous retail sales experience
- Experience working with furniture and bedding advantageous (but not necessary)
- Ability to close the sale
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- High standards of in-store presentation
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Must be available to work weekends
