We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager required for our Campbelltown store.  You will be responsible for managing workshop and business operations, including staff, administration and sales, along with effective vehicle repairs and upgrades and parts distribution.

The role:

• Actively develop and build relationships with retail and trade customers
• Ensure the commercial financial viability by achieving agreed budgets, sales and margin targets to maximise store profitability
• Demonstrate a constructive leadership style to motivate and support your team to achieve store targets
• Maintain Company and store standards, including compliance to OHS and other company policies
• Assist in the workshop and be "hands-on" when required

To Succeed:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small team. The role will suit someone who has experience working in a fast paced environment. You must have a genuine interest in cars and be passionate about the Pedders brand and products.

Essential skills:

• Experience in a retail environment, ideally automotive
• Automotive workshop organisation, ability to coordinate tasks and perform jobs in an efficient manner
• Communication skills, ability to influence and persuade
• Time Management, ability to deal with competing priorities and delegate
• Leadership, ability to motivate and develop, lead a team and achieve goals
• Participate in after-hours meetings, training and trade shows as required
• Must be available to work Saturday mornings
• Must hold a current driver's license

Desirable skills:

• Trade qualification in the Automotive sector or equivalent experience
• Experienced in wheel alignments
• A Sales, Service or Parts background at a management level; or
• A Senior Service Advisor wanting to take their career to the next level; or
• A Manager of a Tyre Franchise looking for an exciting change.
