Your new company
Our client are well established, national organisation with a strong foothold in the Western Australian travel market. As a result of their future growth strategies an exciting role has opened up for a Sales Manager to join their team in Perth.
Your new role
As Sales Manager, you will be directly reporting to the Western Australian General Manager and will ultimately be responsible for driving the revenue and conversions of a tightly knitted internal sales team based in Perth. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring your team to increase conversions and therefore increase revenue. As Sales Manager you will be measured on the performance of your sales team, with a specific focus on the conversion rate of each inbound call.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a demonstrable track record of building successful internal sales teams through your collaborative, consultative management approach. You will have a strong background coaching, mentoring and leading teams to achieve in a high pressure KPI focussed environment. Travel experience is desirable but not essential, you may have a sales background across Telecommunications, Banking or Insurance. Your enthusiasm and passion to drive an industry leading Sales team will be the key to your success in the role.
