The position

In this role you will work in a team of very driven and successful sales reps. You will be responsible for ensuring long term growth and profitability of the division by identifying and developing relationships with key clients and generating new business. In this role you will be out on the field generating activity and selling Cleanaway’s array of products and services in your region. This is a fun, very driven and successful team that celebrates success. The position will also include the following:

• Responsible for identifying and developing new business whilst providing leadership and support to the team
• Submit quotes and follow up on leads to close sales
• Provide excellent customer service, build and maintain strong relationships across the industry
• Meet sales targets in accordance to business metrics

About you

To be successful for this position you will have proven experience in sales and driving new business out on the field. This is a busy and challenging role so being resilient, organised and passionate about sales is a must. You will also require:

• Experience in CRM is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proven experience in sales and working out on the field
• Experience generating new business
• Passion for sales and drive for success
• Tenacious and resilient attitude
