The Software Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the revenue of the business across ANZ, through identifying and developing opportunities within the corporate real estate and property solutions domain.

In this role you will be joining an innovative and successful specialist software company where you will be responsible for generating, managing and closing enterprise sized software deals. You will also responsible for growing and mentoring a team of BDM's and pre-sales reps
This company develops Property Management and Accounting software, Asset Management solutions, Affordable, Social, Community and Student housing software solutions, Construction Management, Lease Management and Facilities Management solutions, amongst others. Any experience selling solutions in this space would be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Build strong and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders on software solutions within the corporate real estate space
- Take the sales lead on Software sales opportunities on new clients in the region
- Meet personal and team targets, such as sales targets, number of visits, pipe-line and software support agreement renewal rate
- Lead a small team of Business Development and Inside Sales reps responsible for building pipeline for the APAC sales organization through lead development and sales pipeline development
Requirements
- Proven experience in software solution sales at an enterprise level
- 4+ years of experience in managing others, specifically telemarketing/inside sales/telesales teams in large complex organizations
- Experience with large scale ERP solutions ideal - experience with IWMS, Facilities and space management and any property or corporate real estate solution ideal
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills
