Join us at TTEC where we welcome Brand Specialists who have a passion for providing a seamless customer experience to our client and stakeholders. As a Brand Specialist at TTEC you will be responsible for professionally representing our client and their online platform with a strong focus on generating new business by presenting ecommerce/online retail solutions to potential customers, while creating experiences which drive loyalty and engagement. With a sales and solutions mindset, you will be required to engage in positive customer interactions and will need to build collaborative relationships with potential and existing customers.  

We’ll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible. With a specific focus on building new brand partnerships you will be able to fully identify the needs and understand the demands of the potential customers and convert them to partner with us due to our added value. You’ll also have a chance to make great new friends and grow your career in a high-energy, family-friendly atmosphere.
 
What you might be doing on a typical day : 

  • Convert sales leads into revenue generating sales by analyzing the needs and requirements of potential new customers with a specific focus on brands.
  • Partner with your brands to understand their business and tailor a growth program and deliver appropriate support to suit their individual needs.  
  • Work with new brand partners to build out catalogue via data ingestion.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Follow up on leads turning them into sales opportunities and signing up those brands
  • Maintain and promote a positive and professional attitude while building collaborative relationships among potential and existing customers.
  • Proactive independent pipeline management.
  • Provide revenue-forecasting reports on activity.
  • Maintain status of merchants and leads within Salesforce.
  • Research market trends, opportunities and competition to support sales pitch delivery
  • Continue training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge.

Your earning potential is 100% in your hands with this opportunity.  You will receive the best of both worlds!  A fixed salary realistic goals for securing new clients and revenue… and then an uncapped commission for every $ you exceed your revenue target.   
Total compensation consists of…

  • $54,500 annual fixed
  • $33,900 bonus for hitting base targets on new customer acquisitions and revenue achievement
  • uncapped commissions for every $ above revenue goal

The basic stuff you’ll need : 

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a sales, acquisition or retention role.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce/online retail.
  • Capability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Resilience and strong ability to build relationships quickly and maintain trust.
  • Capacity to retain technical/product knowledge.
  • Attention to detail, efficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal skills and superior listening skills.
  • Self-starter who can handle peak periods and cope with tight deadlines in a positive and optimistic manner.
  • Deep concern for meeting customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with stakeholders and team members to analyze problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
