This position will see you as an important part in the management structure working closely with the Managing Director in driving the sales through multiple channels both online and through retail. You will be leading from the front and be confident in reaching their ambitious goals in the next 12-24 months.
The ideal candidate will have a concrete understanding of the FMCG sector and have demonstrated the ability to grow teams, increase overall sales and further develop relationships across the Major Grocery chains and Major Department stores. You will be a true team player and be energetic to manage a varied team. You will also be well versed in growing online channels and any experience in growing the business globally will be advantageous. You'll be a true leader.
