Chase Commercial is an award winning Commercial Agency located in the prime inner city suburb of Newstead, and is expanding the QLD south-east sales and leasing team.
The successful candidate will be personally coached and mentored by Managing Director Rod Brown who has over 25 years of industry experience and is a leader in his field. Rod is a highly experienced negotiator and sole Director of Chase Commercial and will hand select a trainee consultant for the growing team.
All candidates must have a combination of the following traits
- A passion for sales and possess a strong sales background - however it does not have to be in property.
- A self confident and fearless personality, financially driven, and finishes tasks quickly.
- Loves to network and build relationships with clients.
- Strong quality of character traits - honesty, integrity, hard work ethic, high energy, concern for others and personal responsibility - are all imperative.
- Strong face to face sales experience and a persistent attitude to succeed is essential
