THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
Purely focused on one market vertical within the food manufacturing market with large scale
manufacturers.
Development of new revenue across the securing of new business projects and also within existing
accounts.
Heavily focused towards building and developing long term relationships and having a keen
understanding of the market place in order to allow strategic approach to sales opportunities.
Highly consultative, will be working with customers to deliver specific solutions that are viable and
superior to competitors.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Experience selling complex mechanical solutions into the local market.
Mechanical Qualification with mechanical engineering degree highly preferred.
Expertise in creating and executing strategic sales plans.
Have worked previously in an autonomous position.
SALARY and BENEFITS
This role will pay a strong base salary in order to attract a quality candidate. There will also be an
excellent bonus structure which will really mature in the second and third year in the business. You
will also have all travel covered and be provided with a company vehicle or car allowance.
