We'd love to hear from ambitious and passionate people to join us as a Membership Sales Consultant / Customer Service Agent on a casual basis, at Fernwood Beverley Hills
The ideal candidate will be available to work anywhere from 15 hours per week to 38 hours, spread over any of the following shifts: Monday – Friday 7.30am-7.30pm and Saturdays 8am-11am.
As a Membership Sales Consultant /Customer Service Agent you will primarily be responsible for gaining memberships, to meet sales goals and increase the revenue of the club through achievement of pre-set membership targets. Lead generation, membership processing and membership engagement will be pivotal to this position. Leads will be available to you on an existing club database and within the local community through marketing initiatives and networking with local organisations and businesses in line with Fernwood's national marketing standards.
